Hello! I am a UA student trying to sublease my room in a 4 bed 4 bathroom townhouse located at the Woodlands. The sublease starts January 2019 and goes through July 2019. Rent is 619 per month which includes 40 dollars worth of your monthly utilities and normally the rent does not go up much past 619 if any. The townhouse is very spacious being two floors and having its own back balcony. It is fully furnished and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The townhouse is very close to campus and Mc Farland Blvd which has tons of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. I have two roommates who also go to UA.
