(Black Elephant, Wine + Eggs, Home State, Proof Bakery, Spina, Hail Mary, Dune, De Kor just to name a few! ) Wake up, walk for your coffee, with only the sound of birds chirping. 3 minute drive to beautiful hikes in Griffith Park. 8 minute drive to The friendlya and Glendale Galleria. 5 minute drive to a Trader Joes and Whole Foods 2 minute drive to a Costco and Vons.
