We have just purchased a house and would like to have someone in our apartment by April 1st. The apartment complex requires a sublet to resign a new lease to take over the apartment. They offer $300 off the first months rent if a 12 month lease is signed. I will also offer $100 off for each month from April-August (the months I would have to stay)This apartment is located in the Stone Wood Village apartment complex and is one of the best units on the property! Being ground floor and private entry its great in itself, but being this close to the pool is one of the best perks. The master bedroom is big and has a very large closet. Full size appliances include: refrigerator, washer, dryer, and dish washer. The bathroom has its own closet and there is also a large storage closet off the living room.This is technically just a regular rental but it would be for this specific apartment. The carpets would be cleaned and the walls repainted by the management company before you would move in. Then you would get the $300 off from the management company and another $500 from myself for helping me out and renting my apartment.
