I have a room at Capstone Cottages. I live in a 5 bedroom that is furnished. I have a lease until August and would like to sublease until that time. I would pay $200 of the rent for 8 months. I will give 1600 up front. It usually comes out to $700 with all expenses included. So you would only pay $500 a month or use all the money at once and have two months free. The bedroom is downstairs off of the living room. You have your own bathroom and closet. The kitchen that is shared is a full kitchen. It also comes with a full size washer and dryer. A resort style pool is on site as well as an amazing clubhouse. It includes a gym and a pool table.
