HEY ALL I m looking for someone to sublet my apartment for the spring semester of 2019. I pay $550 a month plus $15 for internet and $40-$60 for electric. It s located on 145 W McMillan Street and SUPER close to UC's campus(next to the verge and across from the Waffle House). It is a 3 person apartment with 2 other girls currently living here. They are both 21 being a ballet and theatre major; awesome roommates!! We have our own bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen, and bathroom with a great shower. It s very homey and comfortable, too.
