Across the street from the W Hotel, and a couple door's down from Washington Street. About the Room/Apartment: The bedroom comfortably fits full to queen size bed, small desk and dresser. Nice size closet, and large bathroom in hallway is yours. Living room and kitchen are also spacious. Washer/Dryer in unit. Two hallway closets to share. Fully furnished living area, and large balcony off living room. Rent is $1570 a month. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. 1.5 months security deposit, and 1/2 month rent are due on moving in. We would split Cable and Electric -- usually about $110 (per person) a month. Apartment is available June 15th - October 31st. Lease is up 10/31 with option to renew.
