We just closed on our first house so are eager to sublet our apartment asap. Move in Sept 1 would be ideal - our lease ends on March 1, 2017. The kitchen, dining, living is open concept and a separate area for the two beds and baths. The building has a gym, laundry facility, new wifi lounge and common room (brand new- opening at the end of the month!) The staff is great here. We face lovely Forest Park and are on the 3rd Floor. The area is ideal - walkable, lots of restaurants, public library, museums, park for running and playgrounds near by. We are so excited that the new Whole Foods is like a 1 minute walk from our apartment. If you have kids, its a good fit - we have a baby girl so this neighborhood is not only great for students, doctors but also good for people who have kids too. Honestly, I don't know where else in St. Louis you would live to have a city feel :) ?! We don't have a dog but they are allowed in the bldg - the staff is super helpful and friendly as well. Tenants very friendly too. Lots of doctors, people who came here recently for Ikea and more. Love the international feel.
