My fianc and I are moving out of the master bedroom in a 3bed/1 bath townhome and are looking for a female to take over our lease in O4W. We are looking to move out in December/January. The lease is up for renewal in June, 2018. A Georgia State student and her mini poodle are staying in one of the bedrooms. The third bedroom is being used as a study/storage. Rent is $833.33 for the master bedroom and $100 for water which is divided between roommates. Most of the place is furnished but bringing your own furniture for common areas will be handled by a case by case basis. No cats allowed, as Lydia (GA state student) is allergic.
