Spacious kitchen for cooking at home. Recently renovated and clean bathroom. There are two bedrooms one with queen bed, and a second bedroom with a platform twin bed. Living room includes a high quality sofa bed. This affordable sublet is only available while we travel in summer during the dates of July 1st to August 15th. Also a cat sitting situation in exchange for the affordable price. Must love cats. The neighborhood is fun and convenient. One the most hip neighborhoods in NYC next to Bushwick, Brooklyn.
