My name is Gregg, I'm a 23 year old male, and need a room mate to split bills because I'm going through a divorce and my wife and kids are moving out most likely on July 2. It is a 2 bed/ 1 bath, and my lease doesn't end till January 1. I don't know the square footage, but it is pretty spacious and has a large closet. Rent may vary one way or the other due to electric costs, but typically after rent, water, electric, and internet it would run $350/mo for each of us. I work 8-5 Monday-Friday and will most likely be going to school as well in the fall, so if you like to keep to yourself, I'm a good candidate. I just ask to be courteous and pick up your own outside your room. The manager will require you to sign on the lease, but is not a problem to remove yourself if you must leave before the end of it.I don't care if you are male or female, just keep in mind I keep it professional, so if you are looking for anything different, please don't respond.Price is firm, I expect a 50/50 split. If you don't pay on time, the manager requires a late fee, don't expect me to pay for your end. I can pay the bills, just throw me cash once a month.No pets.Apartment complex has a pool and laundry is $1.25/wash, $1.00/dry.If you would like pictures, please ask, but I won't have any until the room is empty.I'll pick up the phone on week days after 5, or on weekends.
