Malibu tenants are around the corner from the entrance to the Broken Arrow Expressway (51), and 5 miles to downtown Tulsa. Rent includes gas, water, trash, sewer & electric with no deposits. We have 1 BR, 1 Bath apartments available. Our spacious 1 BR apartments include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal, large closets and ample storage space. Property amenities include on-site management, laundry facility, swimming pool and free, off-street parking. We do not charge a monthly fee for parking, however your car must have current tags and be operational. We do not accept Section 8 or rent vouchers. Our income requirement is for Monthly Rent to not exceed 30% of your net income, with proof of income. We require a 600+ credit score. We do not allow tenants with felony convictions or evictions in the last 7 years. Move in costs are a $35 application fee, first month's rent and a security deposit of one month rent. We do not allow cats. Dogs are allowed under 25 lbs. full-grown, however no aggressive dogsbreeds. If your pet is accepted, we charge a $300 non-refundable pet fee, take a photo of the dog and you will sign a Pet Agreement. We do not charge a monthly Pet Fee.
