DescriptionHey all!I have one bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment, all common areas are shared so they must be kept relatively neat (You don't have to be a clean freak or anything just you know, respectful of the places we both have to use). The rent is $750, and everything is included (H/HW, Electric, Cable, Phone, Internet). The room is ready when you are, and rent is due the day you move in. One of the main things I would consider of key importance is that our personalities have to mesh so I'd like to meet you first. Not looking for a new BFF or anything but I'd like to be friends and be able to hang out if we're both around at the same time.I am a professional 31 year old female, I appreciate a good night out and a good night in but I am respectful of those around me and I don't bring home any loud parties or drama with me, and I'm looking for the same in a roommate. If I'm in for the night I love video games, board games, reading, writing, or just chilling out watching tv.A few quick details - the room is average size, has hardwood floors, two windows, a closet and is cable ready. The apartment is on the first floor of a two family, no smoking in the house, parking is on-street. Also no cats, I have two birds, I take them out when I'm home and I won't risk anything happening to them. Pretty much anything else I'm willing to discuss though, I'm an animal lover and as long as your pet is either in a cage/tank or well trained I'm sure we can work something out.We're near Walgreens, Bank of America, the library, a laundromat, public transportation and tons more.So that being said, I'm looking for someone to stay at least one year, if possible.
