Looking to sublet the house I'm currently renting. It is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath house. Basement with washer and dryer. Central heat/air. Fenced in back yard with privacy fence. Detached 1 car garage. The landlord covers lawn-care. The current lease goes until 6/30/20, and you can either start a full year lease, or just take over that lease. Basically ready to move in whenever. I've basically moved in with my fiancee, and am just using this house for storage, but can move my stuff out as soon as needed. I pay $850 + $80/month for pet fees (2 dogs). I'm willing to cover some costs (very negotiable) just to get out of the lease, as right now that money is going to waste. Trash is also already paid out until the end of the lease (I paid up front).
