We are located about 10 minutes outside of Flagstaff off of the I 40. We are open year round....We are a small quiet family runned park with Manager living on site. Water, trash, sewer, and electric is included. We are month to month, no lease required. No age limit on Rv or Trailer but we do like them in nice contition :). Dogs are ok as long as they are on a leash, internet is available through qwest and TV through Direct TV. We do want references and my do background check. We do not have washer and dryer or shower facilities, but Pilot Truck Stop does and they are about a mile and a half down the road.
