This ranch style home is equipped with a full bath upstairs and a 3/4 bath with a shower in the basement. Fully equipped kitchen, upstairs laundry with washer and dryer, linens are provided. Includes satellite TV and internet access.Perfect for when you are visiting in the area, attending a wedding or family gathering in NE Iowa, for short term work assignments, hunting trip or when your house is overflowing with guests for the holidays, etc.. Our guests tell us that the house is very comfortable and wlecoming. It's like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast and you are renting the entire house rather than just a room.This is a "no smoking/no pets" facility. Rates start at $50 per day for two people and are adjusted up (or down) based on the number of guests and the length of stay.
