Is your head spinning yet, or is your inner techie over-stimulated? Rounding out the kitchen features are a good-sized pantry and a built-in shelving unit for display or extra appliance space. We could go on and on about that kitchen, but lets move on to the large trex deck with vinyl rails and solar-paneled lighted post toppers, which floats above the back yard overlooking the trees and common area. Looking down from there you will see a fire pit and conversational space which was laid out by the landlord for quiet evenings, s'mores and conversation. Finally, the half bath for your guests is tucked away a few steps down from the main level for ultimate privacy, and itself features modern design and features (can someone say air hand dryer and bidet ?).
