We have an apartment available for sublease in downtown Champaign. We love this apartment, but have recently bought a house, and therefore need to sublease. We would like to rent it now until the lease ends on July 22nd, 2016. You would have the option to release the apartment from the realtor after that. If you are interested in a shorter lease, we are flexible. The property is managed by Wampler Property Management. The location is perfect, a few blocks from downtown and Westside Park is just behind us. Restaurants, cafes, and bars are all just a couple blocks away. There is a main entry door, and also a private side door where you have an outdoor area to use. Cats are welcome, but no dogs please. The apartment could be used as a one or two bedroom apartment. Either two bedrooms, or one bedroom and a storage area or study/large closet. The rent is $890 per month, including recycling/trash, heat, sewer, and water.
