Our nicely furnished, beautifully located, one bedroom condo is available to rent on a monthly basis from Sept 15, 2012 through April 30, 2013. It is in a resort called Bay Point on the Lake. Bay Point is pictured below with the ski slopes of Whitefish Mountain Resort visible in the background. The resort is a fifteen minute drive to the lifts at Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort, a forty-five minute drive to Glacier National Park, three minutes to downtown Whitefish, Montana - with all its great restaurants and golf courses.The bedroom has a comfortable king bed set. The living room has two double futons, a flat screen TV and DVD player. All linens and kitchenware are included - even beach towels! The condo is an end unit in the last building on the hillside, so it has a quiet, private feel. The balcony has a gas Weber barbecue and patio table. The lakeview is heavily filtered by pine and birch trees, but evening sunsets are visible across the lake.All of Bay Point's amenities are available to renters - including laundry facilities, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, beautiful beach and docks for swimming and boating.There is a two month minimum stay. The move in cost is $850 for the first month, plus last month's rent and a deposit of $500. Cleaning fees are charged after departure and vary with the condition of the condo.The cost of utilities, cable TV, phone and wireless internet are all included in the price.
