I live in a 2bedroom & 1bath apt in the Bronx but Im on the border of Harlem/east 125th street (Manhattan) its a ten minute walk over the bridge and youre at east 125th street & Lexington Avenue.easy access to the major highway (FDRMajor Deegan expresswayCross Bronx expressway) and the 4 5 6 train is in walking distance from my home and Im only 5 express train stops from midtown Manhattan/14 street union square. I live across the street from a park where you can play basketballhandballsoftball soccer and even a mini park that have bars setup around to work out Its a master bedroom with a walkin closet the rent includes: utilitiesac wifi (FIOS)and cable 24hr washer and dryer on the premises and plenty of parking available. We will share: living room kitchen bathroom The room is for $250 weekly ( slightly neg) Its two females 33 & 17 (lesbian & straight)I dont smoke nor drink. Im very respectfulunderstanding trustworthy and not overbearing. I dont care if you smoke ( not 420) or drink just no smoking in the house. we are non judgmentallaid back and peaceful. I just want someone that is lgbt friendly trust worthy and responsible and will always pay on timeand believes in communication if a misunderstanding or problem was to arise.
