Description:
1 or 2 rooms for sublease in a great house on The Hill! Looking to sublease my room on the Hill as I am not going to be in Colorado for spring semester 2012 (January 1st to the end of the lease August 14th). It's the upstairs rooms in the house. One room has a huge picture window on the front of the house that has an incredible view of the flatirons, unlike any other in the house. Three windows and the room opens up to a bathroom that has a second entrance from the hallway. The house is big and is two stories and chills on the corner of 9th street and Pennsylvania Ave and has amazing views of the flat irons. Its only 4 blocks from campus which is sweet and always has plenty of parking out front or even behind the house. the house is a nice walking distance from the campus and is only one block away from Delilah's Pretty Good Grocery store. Washer, Dryer, Fridge, Freezer, Dish washer, microwave, oven with stove top, and garbage disposal. Great place to live. Utilities are extra and run like an extra 50$ a month. Fun Fact, The creators of South Park, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, at one time lived in this house during their time at Boulder. The Banjo Billy's tour bus drives by frequently as it is a stop on the tour. Students affiliated with the University of Colorado would be preferred. Just give me a text or an email my number is #630-485-XXXX and my email is XXXX@colorado.edu. Hit me up anytime and i'd love to show you the place.
