Hello! I am looking to sublet my room in a 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex basement unit. February rent is already paid as well as the next 3 months of utilities! You can move in now. The house is located in a great neighborhood in South Boulder, 2 blocks away from the Southern Sun and Table Mesa shops. You would be finishing out my lease which ends July, 31, 2012. The unit is rather large and has a wonderful fenced-in huge backyard, perfect for dogs. There is carpeting in the living room and new carpeting that was placed in my bedroom right before I moved in and faux wood in the kitchen. There is a coat closet and a linen closet in the living room as well as a storage room where I stored my bikes, which is off the dining room. There is laundry right outside your door that you would share with your roomate and the 3 upstairs neighbors. You would pay $625 a month plus utilities which are split 5 ways, which ends up being about $65 a month in the winter months and about $40or less the other months of the year! You would also spilt cable with a whole lot of movie channels which comes out to $35 a month each. There is a parking spot in the driveway. There is a damage deposit that is refundable at the end of the lease.Your roomate would be a nice and quiet 22 year-old girl and her sweet 15 pound male dog. My roomate prefers a female roomate who is pretty much over the partying stage as she is past that stage herself.Please take a look at the pictures. I apologize for my dog posing in the pictures.
