Hi, I am looking to sublet a room in a 2 BR apartment on 5th avenue in Shady side starting August 1, 2011 for a 1 year lease.The rent is $550/ month including all utilities except high speed internet and electricity ( $100/month which will be shared between 2 people) due every 25th of the month. You would have to give 1 month rent as deposit while moving in.The room is very spacious with a wardrobe and a beautiful window. An air-conditioner can be fit in easily. There are 2 more wardrobes in the living room to store your stuff, if needed.The living room is huge with a picture window. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished with all furniture and appliances but feel free to bring your own, if needed.Excellent connectivity through port authority buses to downtown, UPitt, CMU, and other locations. The apartment is located right opposite the bus stop with a 5 mins ride to CMU and UPitt. It is a 2 min walk to Walnut street and all the bars and shopping. Also, Giant eagle is very close.The apartment is ideal for a student who would want to study in a peaceful environment. The apartment is very clean and I am looking for some one who is clean and will keep the kitchen, bathroom and living room clean!!!!!I wouldn't mind sharing the cleaning responsibilities.Other than that, I am a female in my 20s and an easygoing person who respects other people privacy and space and would expect the same.
