We need a subleaser for the fall semester only, so August thru December. It is an awesome house on West King St. right next to High Country condos, so it is about a 20 minute walk to campus or the bus stop is right next to the house. It is a 3 bedroom house and we are trying to sublease the downstairs room while one of the roommates is studying abroad in Costa Rica for the fall. You will have your own bathroom. The house is great with a picket fence in the front and a huge backyard with a fire pit and space for a garden. The two roommates you would have are juniors, girls, very social, and love the outdoors. Male or female is fine. You don't want to miss out living in this house, it is amazing.
