I am looking for someone to take over my lease from JUNE-JULY for Province South (Can move in by May 27 no charge). Its about a 15 min walk to the USF Library, or 5 min Bullrunner bus ride to the Library. Its also a 4 min drive to Busch Gardens. The Apt is located on the 2nd floor and its one of the first apartments from the entrance. Its located on Fowler so its away from all the traffic and noise on Fletcher. Due to Apartment rules I can only accept girls. Everything is included with the rent: utilities, pool, 24hr gym, volleyball court, computer lab, private study room, laundry room, clubhouse movie theater, billiards table, TV and every room has a walk in closet, private bathroom and storage spaces. There is also an opportunity to sign with Province for August 2018-July 2019! Only one of the roommates will be there and she is laid back, so you basically have the apt to yourself. Also besides my room two of my roommates are also subletting, so if you want to move in with your friends you can do so. If you are interested or know someone who is interested please let me know.
