If you have ever worked with animals and would enjoy living in the midst of about 10 pastured acres near the Verde River, this might be for you. You may bring your own RV or rent our apt. Included in living quarters is a private work shop/studio for your personal (and quiet) hobby or craft, and private outdoor space for sitting and enjoying nature. Am looking for tenant who can pay reduced rent of $375 (which includes most utilities) and would like to work on the average about an hour per day with exotic show quality alpacas and llamas. Duties could include feeding and watering, pasture maintenance, halter training, help during shearing, show prep, and in general keeping an eye on them during the day when not otherwise employed. Work days are flexible and you could potentially work two hours/day for two weeks and take the rest of the month off. The animals are gentle natured and really not much trouble. Apt. includes private bath, kitchen, dining, and sleeping quarters. Tenant would have in addition to private living quarters, a work room/studio and private outdoor space, and views of open spaces and large trees in the distance. Tenant should be strong and in reasonable physical condition, able to take hot and cold weather, as much activity is outside. Guests and visitors to the ranch would be on a limited basis as we like to limit traffic coming in and out. Easy access, close to everything. No pets, no smoking, no illegal drug of any type, quiet time at night. Internet, cable tv and laundry is optional/extra. Text or call 928-821-XXXX. I don't check emails often, but do on occasion.
