No garage, but driveway can fit two cars, and there is space for an additional two cars in front of the house. Easy access to 92 and 280. Monthly rent is $3600 and includes gardener, phone, and Internet, which should help offset some of the additional utilities from the cottage (we are unable to separate utilities). Minimum one year lease, longer agreements preferred. Home will be ready June 1, but we can possibly move out earlier in May. Maximum of two cats allowed with additional security deposit.
