I have 1 bedroom available at a 4 bedroom townhouse in Copper Beech that i need subleased ASAP! The rent is $350 a month and includes cable, internet and other. Must pay consumers energy bill that is split between 4 people ( avg of $25 to $35 a month). The room includes its own bathroom, large bedroom furnished with bed, desk, night stand, and dresser, large closet. Room is upstairs so away from noise and private. 3 other very friendly male roommates but open to guy or girl move in. Room also comes with activity pass for 24hour gym, bus to campus and parking pass. Looking to move out mid March or anytime before summer so you will not have to pay March's rent.Again i'm desperate and need a subleaser so i will pay $25 to whoever takes over this lease.
