Spacious seven-bedroom house in South Oakland, incredibly clean with a clear view of the river across the street.Four bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, two washers, two dryers and a 2nd-floor deck.Rent covers the room, as well as cable, DSL and wireless (in each room). Parking is free, and the remaining utilities never amount to $45 each month.The house is on Lawn street, less than a one-mile walk to the Cathedral of Learning in Oakland, equally as convenient for Dusquene, Point Park and Carlow.The room I am subletting in specific is the largest room in the house, on the third floor. Connected to a bathroom (which is shared with the only other room on the floor), with a view to the side yard. There is a desk and closet built into the wall, and I can be persuaded into leaving my futon. The room has a very private attic feel, but is warm and cozy and a mere staircase from the living room. I will NOT be charging for May's rent :) The lease is until August 15th, so I will collect one check for $1,050 when you move in.Its an excellent house with plenty of room, a beautiful view and incredible privacy (there are no houses on three sides of ours, and more college students in the only house we border).Also, the people staying for the summer are excellent as well.
