Subleasing a 1/1 in a 2/2 apartment, located at 1832 Jackson Bluff Rd.- Villa Cortez Apartments. It is only 2 blocks behind FSU's stadium, which is about a 10min walk or 5min bike ride. It is on the Seminole Express Bus route as well. The bedroom available is the MASTER, which is the larger among the two and has a connecting private bath.I will be in Europe this summer and need to sublease my apartment ASAP. Move in date: May 1st. Move-out date: July 31st (unless you want to continue living there and decide to renew the lease for the next year).Looking for: Preferibly a female and a student, because current roommate is female and a student as well. She is nice, clean and easy to get along with.Base rent is $340 which includes basic cable. Internet and utilities are seperate, but charges are split evenly among roommates. Internet $25, Utilities (electric, water etc.) $40. Bedroom for sublease will be unfurnished, but rest of apartment will have furnishings (kitchen, dining, living room).Apartment community is also pet friendly, if you would like to move an animal in with you there will be a $10 monthly fee.My lease and payment has to be transferred IN PERSON.
