I and another roommate will not be living at our condo complex this summer, so we have two rooms available for $300 per month from May to July.Our apartment has two bus routes that run right outside the door and head to UF. None of us have had to wait longer than 5 minutes for a bus.Were near I-75 in case youre a Santa Fe student.Our condo complex has a pool, a hot tub, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court and a gym.Everyone has a separate bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom. We've had movie nights. We've had people over for dinner. We've played volleyball. We're all social, so if you're looking for a social place, then this is the right place for you.But, if you aren't social, then don't worry. No one's going to make you spend time socializing. One of the guys who is going to be gone during summer is pre-med, and he was able to have privacy and study.I'm going to intern over the summer, but the four of us have become close friends while we lived together. I'm looking for two guys to fill in the empty rooms over the summer. Sorry girls, but we're looking for guys only.Here's some more important info:- Electricity and utilities are covered up to $125, after that, you have to pay for any additional charges.
