I have a older trailer for sale it is located in a trailer park. It needs a lot of work too much work for me. I currently still living in it I must sell it before the end of the month.1 large bedroom, 1 small bedroom, 1 bathroom moderately sized living room and kitchen.- you would be buying the trailer. You would be responsible for all repairs and yard work as well as utilities.- the lot is rented $250 a month. You must be approved by the park owners ( its not a hard drawn out process) -electric work needs done-roof needs repairs- there are several leaks that need repaired. -front door need to be raised and a new door would help as well.-two car off the street parking. If I had the know how and extra money to fix these thing I would. I've put some money into it I have another place I'm just waiting for them to move then I will be outta here.No dogs are allowed :( I have a cat but she mostly stays inside and is fixed with a rabies shot so it was overlooked.Pipqueen4 at live .
