You can renew the lease if you choose to stay, no money down, just renew and pay rent as usual.The building is very close to the gym and pool and right by the bus pick up.Everything is included in rent, all utilities, pool, gym, tanning beds, computer lab, wifi in apartment, and cable with free HBO.Each bedroom has own bathroom and walkin closet. It is fully furnished. Washer and dryer in unit.There is a guest parking lot right across from unit. Plenty of parking available.Mountain line runs here. Also close to basketball and volleyball courts.The rent is 550 per room, but again all utilities are included. I will pay the transfer fees.You can check out pictures on website and can check out the apartment if interested.The rates have went up slightly so you will pay less by taking over my lease.Also if you decide to renew for longer they are offering a $100 gift card, which would be per room.Pool and hot tub already open!Email or text ASAPThanks!
