Hello! We are moving out early due to unforeseen circumstances and we need someone to take over our adorable apartment in Pacifica. It's gorgeous. Large two bedroom, two baths, huge living room/kitchen space. Awesome little deck, perfect for BBQ or sitting out. Sun hits our porch most of the day. Tons of light (when it's not foggy of course)! We're at the peak so one direction is beautiful views of the bay and the other direction is beautiful views of the ocean. Seriously can't get anymore picturesque! 5 minute drive down the hill to the ocean. Yeah, sand in the toes folks! Safeway, Walgreens, Starbucks, everything within 5 minutes. And every time you go grocery shopping, there's the ocean! 10 minutes from SFSU for you students! 20 minutes from downtown. Easy freeway access to 280, 1, 101. Also, we're in the same complex as a sushi restaurant and grocery mart/liquor store so that's pretty great. Some details:The lease: We need you to take the place starting June 1 through January 2014 (feel free to extend past that if you want. Edna, the landlord is awesome). You'd also need to replace our security deposit which is $1900. Don't worry, you can come look at the place to make sure we've kept it nice! Room #1 (purple bedding): 12x13 has own bathroom (small bathroom, but does the job! Shower only.) Gorgeous views of South San Francisco sign and of course, the bay! Room #2 (green bedding) : 12x12 has separate bathroom next to it. Still has beautiful views of the sign, a little less of the bay. But still beautiful! Bathroom is larger with tub.Kitchen: Dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, etc.Cable: Comcast is your only option, but it's been great for us. No complaints! Already ready to go. Parking: 1 designated parking spot right under the apartment, and other visitor/extra car parking near by. Neighborhood parkingLaundry: On site, always surprisingly clean, multiple laundry rooms. Hi Christine! I'm sorry it took me so long to respond. The apartment is still available if you're interested in coming by today! We are asking for a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold the place. We just need something so we know you won't be ditching the place right before we move out and we're stuck with the bill!We're asking a $500 deposit that will go toward the total security deposit ($1900) when you move in. You can sit down with the landlord if you decide to take the place so you know we aren't just taking your money! I think that covers most of it! We're so sad to have to leave, but you'll love you're new home!! Let us know when you'd like to come see it!
