Limited income Looking for a new home So. of SF in Peninsula. I have worked and lived in San Carlos, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, CA for the past 11 years. Unfortunately for us my Landlord is selling his home. We've been faithful tenants 5.5 years and I am looking & hoping to house My wife, our 12 & 14 year old boys, our great Aunt of 78 yrs age & our Tea Cup Chihuahua. I suffered a stroke and am still recovering since 2008 bankruptcy, because of my life experience a loss of a home, Voc. Rahabilitated, I have been burning our monies up, for credit checks, back ground checks and I anticipate the more requirement of forking out more money to reveal our credit worthiness will continue to uncover our misfortunes of not getting into our newest home in this market. I have been working steadily for the past 3 years since coming off of disability rehabilitation miraculously. My finances will continue to improve over the years but we certainly are surviving to get back on-track and get ahead. If you could please consider and forward our situation to maintain a time of keeping our house hold in a stable living situation and not have to uproot my children's relationships, our friendships and through their high school years.
