There is a single $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee plus $25 pet rent per pet each month. No more than 2 pets per apartment, and they cannot weigh more than 100 pounds. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. Certain dog breeds are restricted. Restricted breeds include: Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit bulls, Rottweilers and Saint Bernards. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed. Cats are not required to be declawed. Large breed dogs allowed in select building (100 lb limit breed restriction). Dogs must be at least a year of age with a limit of two pets per home. $250 non-refundable pet fee with $25 monthly pet rent per pet (dogs less than 35 lbs). $35 monthly pet rent per pet (dogs 35 lbs and up). Limit two pets per unit.
